About Your Zendulgence Visit...

Before you receive your session, it is a
good idea not to eat any large or heavy
meals, sugar, caffeine, or other stimulants.

You may also want to shower or bathe
directly before your session not only out of
courtesy to your therapist but also to help
start loosening any tight muscles that you
might have.

Before your massage therapy session
begins your therapist may ask some
questions regarding your medical history,
physical condition, lifestyle, etc. Your
therapist may assess any problem areas
that you may have by checking for
restricted or painful movement, gently
pressing for tender areas and observing
your posture.

We recommend you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. All appointment times will start and end at the scheduled time. Please be on time for your scheduled appointment to avoid shortening your service. Your cost or time will not be adjusted for late arrivals.

In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please be courteous to your service provider and provide 24-hours notice to avoid being charged the full price of your services.
