About Your Zendulgence Mobile Massage & Mobile Spa Services Visit...

Before you receive your session, it is a good idea not to eat any large or heavy meals, sugar, caffeine, or other stimulants. You may also want to shower or bathe directly before your session not only out of courtesy to your therapist but also to help start loosening any tight muscles that you might have. Before your session begins your therapist may ask some questions regarding your medical history, physical condition, lifestyle, expectations, medications, etc. Your therapist may assess any problem areas you may have and offer suggestions for improvement. Please always consult with your medical doctor with any lifestyle changes.

Arrivals
We recommend you prepare 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. All appointment times will start and end at the scheduled time. Your cost or time will not be adjusted.

Cancellations
In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please be courteous to your service provider and provide 48-hours notice for all appointments to avoid being charged full price of your service(s).

Please note: Credit card refunds are based on our discretion and will incur our non-refundable credit card processing fees.

In the event we arrive and no one is at your location, no-shows will be charged full price for scheduled service(s).

Personal Belongings
Please store your jewelry and valuables. We are not responsible for misplaced items.

Considerations
We ask that you turn your electronic devices off and refrain from using them.

Zendulgence Mobile Massage & Mobile Spa Services
There may be an additional travel fee charge per appointment booked if outside our 15 mile travel zone, ie: Folly Beach, Kiawah, Seabrook, IOP, Sullivans, Wild Dunes, Dunes West, Summerville, etc. 'If there are more than 7 stairs w/o the use of an elevator there is an additional $10 charge per every set of 7 stairs thereafter.

Gratuities
If you enjoyed your service, it is customary to give a gratuity of 18%-25% of the total, before any discounts are applied to the price. Cash and Venmo accepted.

Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are valid for 1yr from date of purchase and can be used towards any Zendulgence Mobile Massage & Mobile Spa Services. Gift Certificates are not transferable & cannot be replaced if lost/stolen or redeemed for credit/cash back.
